Overview
Our clients are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to own and execute high-impact strategies across paid search, organic search, and emerging AI-driven search platforms. This role is hands‑on and strategically focused on driving qualified leads and measurable revenue through smart, data‑backed marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) with a strong focus on ROI
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility
Drive AI/LLM optimization to position content within tools like ChatGPT and Google AI results
Support website updates, content creation, and overall digital presence (WordPress)
Generate and optimize lead flow (MQLs & SQLs) tied directly to revenue
Track, analyze, and report on performance
Requirements
5+ years of SEM and SEO experience in a B2B environment
Experience in marketing high-value, solution-based products or technical services
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, analytics tools, and CRM platforms (Dynamics or similar)
Strong understanding of AI search / LLM optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Proven track record of driving measurable results
Key Metrics for Measurability
CPC, CPL, CPA
Keyword rankings (Top 10 %)
MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth
Marketing-driven revenue
Technical Skills Needed
WordPress or similar CMS
Marketing analytics and reporting tools
CRM systems
