Overview
Pay Range: $95,077.00 - $126,746.00 Location: Greater Philadelphia Area Develop new dealer relationships and maximize business from existing dealer relationships through effective on-site dealer visits and management of the dealer account relationship for all dealer finance issues. Generate indirect lending business from Automobile dealers in the approved market areas. Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed business development plan to meet and exceed the region’s market share, credit quality, and origination objectives through the acquisition and retention of profitable dealer clients. Train dealership F&I and back office personnel to assure quality applications and loan documentation are received. Complete dealer contact reports promptly and keep management informed about changes in the dealer community. Update management and other team members regarding any pertinent dealer risk issues. Must be a team player, working with various constituencies to reach sales goals. Exhibit Consultative Selling Behaviors. Provide backup underwriting support as needed.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with various constituencies to reach sales goals; exhibit consultative selling behaviors.
Provide backup underwriting support as needed.
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Financial or Auto experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of sales training, automotive or other.
Automotive operational knowledge in F&I and the back office.
Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce the necessary reports and sales presentations required to support sales efforts.
Outgoing personality with the ability to make cold calls and also glean important information from regular calls.
Team player working with departments and dealers to reach sales goals.
Demonstrated success in business development and customer retention.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements
Travel less than 50%
Driver's license required
Reliable transportation preferred
Works out of the office setting majority of the time. May be required to work nights and weekends as needed

15% Develop detailed annual business development plans and update monthly for review during the monthly dealer meeting. Prepare dealer contact reports for each dealer contact within five business days of the contact.
10% Train dealership F&I and back office personnel to assure quality applications and loan documentation are received.
5% Discuss specific dealer issues with internal contacts as needed.
5% Other duties as assigned by management. Provide backup underwriting support as needed.
