Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a Retail Sales Professional is located in Southfield, MI. The Retail Sales Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling products, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and engaging with clients to deliver personalized wireless solutions. Tasks include assisting customers with their inquiries, achieving sales goals, maintaining a welcoming retail environment, and representing the Lions Wireless commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications
Retail Sales and Sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Product Knowledge specific to wireless solutions, mobile devices, and AT&T services
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build lasting relationships
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or sales training is a plus
Passion for technology and helping customers stay connected
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
