Overview Join one of the leading beauty retailers Creative Team to support the world’s leading medical aesthetic skincare brand. In this role, you will be a key creative partner assisting across all functions, including Marketing, Retail, eCommerce, PR, Social, and Education. From updating core brand collateral during our current rebrand to art‑directing GWP photoshoots, you will ensure brand integrity is upheld across every consumer touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Support the rebrand by updating core printed collateral, including Consumer Cards, Regimen Cards, Flip Books, and the official Brand Book.
Provide dedicated design and production support for eCommerce & digital assets, including promotional emails, site assets, and monthly digital newsletters.
Design and produce high‑impact digital marketing assets, including social media content, videos, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
Assist the Pro Services team with digital toolkits, on‑air graphics, and Pro Live bundles, while also designing printed mailers, sell sheets, and commercial offer kits.
Lead art direction for GWP (Gift With Purchase) photoshoots and manage the full lifecycle of related campaign assets across site, social, and email.
Partner with US and Global marketing teams to ensure a consistent creative output that meets fast‑paced production timelines.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a mandatory requirement for After Effects skills to support motion graphics and video content.
Proven experience in both print and digital design, managing everything from large‑format Brand Books to mobile‑first social assets.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deliverables in a high‑volume, rapidly paced environment.
High‑level sense of typography, layout, and brand governance to maintain the medical‑grade aesthetic of the brand.
