PPC Specialist (Paid Search) – Personal Injury Law Firm
Rothenberg Law Firm is a growth-focused personal injury firm seeking a
PPC Specialist
to own and scale our paid search efforts. This role is centered on driving
high-intent lead generation and signed case growth , not just traffic or clicks.
You’ll be managing campaigns in one of the most competitive verticals, where success is defined by
cost per case and revenue impact .
What You’ll Do
Own Google Ads strategy and day-to-day execution across search campaigns
Manage and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns in a competitive environment
Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance
Implement and refine conversion tracking, including call tracking and offline conversions
Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward cost per lead and cost per case
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with intake and signed case growth
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC or paid search campaigns
Strong experience with Google Ads (Search required)
Proven track record in lead generation environments (not eCommerce focused)
Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and performance optimization
Ability to operate in high CPC, high competition industries
Data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue impact over vanity metrics
Nice to Have
Experience in legal marketing or personal injury campaigns
Familiarity with tools like CallRail or similar call tracking platforms
Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM integration
