Social and Creator Manager
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this role brings Priceline’s social presence to life day‑to‑day, driving an always‑on mix of paid and organic content and turning ideas, trends, and traveler moments into culture‑relevant content.
Responsibilities
Concept, brief, and produce social‑first content, whether guiding agency partners or creating it yourself with tools like CapCut, Canva, and Figma.
Jump on trends, traveler passions, and cultural moments that Priceline should participate in.
Source, brief, manage, and review creators, ensuring authenticity and alignment with brand positioning.
Lead workflows and project management: build timelines, manage internal reviews and approvals, and keep momentum moving.
Manage social agency partners, pushing for faster, sharper, platform‑optimized content and overseeing asset trafficking for timely delivery.
Use AI and internal data to spark ideas, uncover insights, and generate a steady stream of thumb‑stopping hooks.
Organize reporting and use performance insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
Assist in integrating social content into Ad Sales initiatives and pilot programs.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, including asset creation, project management, and trafficking.
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with strong instincts for platform‑specific content.
Proficiency in creating and editing content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Figma, and comfort being on camera when needed.
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, CoWork) for generating audience insights, hooks, assessing performance, and automating workflows.
Excellent creative taste, strong instincts for engaging hooks, and a track record of producing scroll‑stopping content.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage timelines, approvals, and high‑volume content efficiently.
Self‑starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Proven ability to grow social channels, build audiences, and drive engagement.

Strong ethics, honesty, transparency, and compliance with high standards.
Compensation Salary range: $105,000 – $130,000. Eligibility for an annual bonus and/or equity may apply.
