We’re looking for an
Associate Product Marketing Manager
to join our fast‑growing Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of product, marketing, and growth—helping bring Relay’s products and features to market through thoughtful launches, customer insights, strategic storytelling, and strong go‑to‑market execution.
You’ll help shape how our products show up for customers and prospects, translating product value into clear, compelling messaging that drives adoption, engagement, and growth. As a cross‑functional partner, you’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and Data to connect customer needs, market insights, and business goals across the customer journey.
Applicants must be located in the New York City metropolitan area.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the planning and execution of go‑to‑market launches for products, features, and key initiatives, ensuring they are informed by customer insights and aligned with business goals.
Contribute to research efforts to understand user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into clear, customer‑centric messaging and positioning for internal and external audiences.
Partner with Product, Brand, and Growth to craft product and brand narratives that communicate value and differentiation; maintain consistent messaging across customer touchpoints to support adoption, engagement, and a cohesive customer experience.
Track and report on go‑to‑market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption; work with Data to analyze results and identify opportunities for optimization.
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, ideally supporting SMB‑focused products.
You’ve supported launches or campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement.
You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
You’re data‑curious, comfortable interpreting performance metrics, and eager to learn from results.
You’re highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
You care deeply about the customer and are excited to bring their voice into your work.
You have a bias for action, enjoy problem‑solving, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work that drives the business forward.
