Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions - ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation

Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines

Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms

Build and optimize Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions

Define analytics strategies aligned to client use cases - customer 360, marketing performance, sales intelligence

Partner with sales and GTM teams on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses - you move deals forward, not just answer technical questions

Act as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap

Build reusable accelerators and solution frameworks that sharpen every pursuit

Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts and contribute to EPAM's Data Cloud thought leadership

Requirements

10+ years in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem

Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud - identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation

Strong Tableau proficiency - dashboarding, data modeling, performance optimization

Experience with enterprise data architecture - CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines

Proven track record in client-facing roles - pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting

A player-coach mindset: strategic enough to set direction, hands-on enough to earn the room

Nice to have

Salesforce ecosystem experience across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS/GCP/Azure

AI/ML exposure within customer data platforms

Industry experience in media, sports, financial services, or consumer goods
