Key Employee Events Specialist

Overview

This is a pivotal role within People Operations predominantly serving DPR employees, people practices teammates, coaches and hiring managers during moments that matter. This role involves proactive collaboration with the Centers of Excellence and Business PP team to ensure open-communication, knowledge sharing and alignment with organizational priorities. This role will focus on helping employees during the leave of absence process, a concierge approach to understanding benefit programs, retirement program, relocations and sabbatical leave. This role reports up to the Key Employee Events Leader. Key Responsibilities

Delivers a best-in-class employee experience focusing on benefit programs, leave of absence administration, employee assistance & wellness programs, relocations, retirement program and sabbatical leave. Execute defined processes, policies and programs. Address employee inquiries and create a personalized employee experience for both Admin and Craft across DPR and the Family of Companies. Administers leave of absence process ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Promotes and drives engagement in health & welfare programs, wellness and employee assistance programs. Apply advanced understanding to handle complex employee scenarios. Proactively suggest improvements to Leader regarding improvements to current processes, policies and programs and identify areas for innovation and where to add to the employee value proposition. Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or a related field of study. Work Experience

4–6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Construction industry experience is a plus. Languages, Certifications And Licenses

Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) both written and oral is preferred but not required. Work Environment

Compensation Range: $63,000 - $94,000
