Role Overview This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Carrollton, TX. The Interior Designer will engage in space planning, creating design concepts, collaborating with architects and construction teams, and producing detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities also include FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection, client consultations, and ensuring projects align with client requirements. The role requires managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Location Requirement ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES THAT LIVE IN THE DALLAS METROPLEX.
Qualifications
Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into actionable plans
Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection to match project goals and budgets
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Carrollton, TX
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
