Calling leads
Setting appointments
Following up fast
Closing memberships
Reactivating former members
Community Outreach

Love sales and competition
Expectation is to close everyone who walks in the door!!!
Can make 100+ calls per day
Are confident on the phone
Handle rejection well
Thrive in a high-accountability environment
Schedule Full-time
Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Must be available during prime sales evening hours M-F
Compensation
$36,000 base salary
Aggressive performance bonus structure
Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000+ (no cap)
Preferred Experience
Previous sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, membership sales)
Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
