Marketing Manager

Mosko Moto, White Salmon, WA, United States

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead campaign planning, content production, and channel execution across the Mosko ecosystem. This role blends strategy, creative production, project management, and rider‑culture fluency into one seat. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to bring products and stories to market in an organized, visually compelling, and brand‑right way. This role is best suited for someone who can move between big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution — someone who can help shape a campaign, organize the moving parts, and jump into the field or studio to help get the work made. Role Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a central role in planning and executing Mosko’s product and brand marketing efforts. This person will help build and launch go‑to‑market campaigns, develop seasonal content direction, manage creative production, coordinate timelines, and support growth across owned, earned, and partner channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be a key team member bringing new ideas, strategic marketing opportunities, and content to Mosko’s marketing efforts. Required Experience

At least five years of current brand marketing experience. Fluency in digital channel content creation and management. Experience with DTC brands. Off‑road motorcycle riding experience. Dual sport, ADV, and moto‑camping experience preferred. What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Product Marketing

Develop a strong understanding of Mosko’s customer and product use cases. With direction from the Marketing Director, take a lead role in planning and implementing go‑to‑market campaigns for flagship and new product launches. Help grow awareness, consideration, and sales across key product categories. Support campaign execution across website, social media, email, media and brand partners, ambassadors, rider groups and forums, and events. Contribute ideas that strengthen campaign positioning, storytelling, and launch execution. Content Strategy & Creative Production

Help develop seasonal content strategy aligned with product priorities and brand goals. Produce and coordinate in‑the‑wild photo and video capture. Manage in‑studio product photo shoots for website PDPs and product launches. Coordinate with internal team members and external creative partners to capture and produce marketing assets. Help identify and create opportunities for rider‑facing media. Website & Channel Execution

Manage Shopify website content updates tied to launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing merchandising needs. Work with Mosko’s web designer/developer on feature updates and site improvements. Ensure marketing assets and messaging are aligned across channels. Support execution across publishing channels with a strong understanding of content formatting, audience behavior, and channel‑specific best practices. Events, Partnerships & Rider‑Facing Activation

Work with the Events Team to build awareness for Mosko in‑person events and help drive attendee signups. Seek opportunities to collaborate with ambassadors, staff, media partners, and brand partners. Help create and manage event content opportunities for digital channels. Coordinate with team members to capture usable content at HQ, on team rides, and at events. Project & Workflow Management

Manage the marketing deliverables calendar. Coordinate layered timelines across launches, campaigns, shoots, and channel needs. Keep projects moving with clear communication and organized follow‑through. Proactively update the Marketing Director on progress, risks, blockers, and shifting priorities. Contribute ideas and feedback that improve team workflows and execution. What We’re Looking For
