Our client is a leader in the vitamin and supplement space in search of a Lifecycle Marketing Manager/Retention Marketing Manager to help increase subscriber growth and long-term-value by reducing churn.
Lifecycle Marketing Manager/Retention Marketing Manager
The
Lifecycle Manager
is responsible for developing and executing strategies that
drive conversion, retention, and reactivation
across email, SMS, direct mail, and subscription programs. This role focuses on
increasing LTV and reducing churn
through automated flows, personalized messaging, and engagement campaigns. Subscriber Growth
– Develop and execute plans to
grow and retain the subscriber base , improve CLTV, and optimize incentives for subscription adoption. Email & SMS Calendar
– Create and manage a marketing calendar, balancing
informational and promotional content
to drive cross-sells. Flows & Segmentation
– Oversee all
automated flows, segmentation strategies, and messaging , optimizing performance and launching new initiatives based on data insights. Churn Reduction & Reactivation
– Develop
win-back and churn-prevention strategies
to re-engage inactive customers. Lifecycle & CRM Experience
– Proven experience in
email/SMS automation, segmentation, and retention strategies , including launching on
Klaviyo
(warming up, building new flows). Email Deliverability & Inbox Placement
– Knowledge of
email servers, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and best practices
to improve inbox placement, avoid spam filters, and minimize placement in promo folders. Subscription Business Expertise
– Experience managing
subscription models
(preferably
Recharge ), optimizing retention, and reducing churn. Copywriting & AI Utilization
– Ability to
write compelling copy
and leverage
AI tools
to optimize messaging and personalization at scale.
