The purpose of this position is to support and execute U.S. commercial success for an assigned portfolio, ensuring effective go-to-market plans, partner with cross functional teams, and portfolio management. The role contributes to performance delivery through strong execution, analysis, and cross-functional coordination, supporting implementation of brand strategies.
What Your Impact Will Be: Commercial Planning Support
Support AOP and A&P planning processes through data analysis and pulling business performance metrics.
Support local retail pitches in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing, contributing to executional planning and materials.
Assist in translating regional direction into U.S. commercial plans and execution requirements.
Support product selection in the U.S. by retailer channel, including coordination of exclusives.
Maintain pricing and assortment discipline in line with global frameworks.
Contribute to initiatives that support business growth in the U.S.
Support Sales and Supply Chain teams with inputs for demand planning and forecast alignment.
Partner with Sales teams to support execution of plans and initiatives.
Act as a key contact for defined areas of responsibility.
Support engagement with other regions as needed.
Coordinate alignment between Commercial, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Track KPIs including sales performance, sell‑through, and promotional effectiveness.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Consolidate insights on competition, retail, and consumer trends.
Provide inputs to Global Brand Teams on brand strategy, product development, and marketing plans.
Recommend tactical actions to optimize results.
Campaign Execution & Delivery
Execute marketing plans in the U.S. in collaboration with cross‑functional partners including brand, media, and events team.
Lead day‑to‑day execution of campaigns and activations in the U.S.
Coordinate rollout of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
Maintain high standards of execution across all channels and touchpoints.
Identify and resolve execution issues in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3+ years commercial, brand, trade, or sales strategy experience.
Experience supporting brand initiatives and commercial objectives.
Strong execution and delivery capability.
Analytical thinking and performance tracking discipline.
Cross‑functional collaboration; proactive problem‑solving.
Attention to detail and organization.
