In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth to expand MIND’s presence and impact in your assigned territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales leadership abilities, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the K-12 political landscape. Proactively promoting MIND Education's instructional programs to school districts & schools (primarily district-level sales; mostly public and especially elementary & middle schools). Presenting and demonstrating the programs to potential customers and ensuring that they understand MINDs educational approach, program benefits, supporting research, and implementation requirements. Create and submit cost proposals to district personnel for the purchase of the programs and securing the order. Partner with our Education Success Managers to help ensure that programs in use during the school year are renewed for the next school year and expanded to the additional grade levels and/or schools Familiarity with sources of state and federal funding for school purchases and assisting schools in applying for or redirecting this funding Exhibiting and promoting MIND Education programs at educational conferences in the region Maintaining weekly and monthly forecast data regarding the prospect pipeline and the status of each prospect for review by MIND management Achieving/exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals Dedication to being a life-long learner and persistent problem solver focused on achieving MINDs Mission Qualifications

BS or BA in Education or related field desired At least five years successful experience selling educational solutions or services at the school district level in the assigned territory Excellent oral and written skills Demonstrated ability to maintain meaningful business relationships with school districts Knowledge of competitive education software products (i.e. Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) Detailed knowledge of K-8 math state standards, testing and accountability requirements in the assigned territory While the job is fully remote, must reside in Texas, Central/Southeast Texas preferred MIND offers a competitive compensation package ($90k-$110k base, plus variable incentive opportunity), with great benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, generous time off benefits, and employer contributed 401K.
