Superintendent - Commercial Construction

A highly respected Milwaukee area commercial general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to lead projects in the field. This role sits at the center of execution—you’re the one making sure the job runs the way it’s supposed to, every day.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of the site: managing the schedule, coordinating trades, and keeping work moving without constant oversight. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, but the field is yours to run.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading field operations from mobilization through closeout

Building and driving the project schedule, holding trades accountable

Coordinating subcontractors and managing day‑to‑day site activity

Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite

Overseeing inspections, quality control, and final punch

Keeping the PM aligned on progress, challenges, and changes

What They’re Looking For

Experience running commercial construction projects as a lead Superintendent

Strong command of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics

Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects moving forwardSomeone who is steady, direct, and respected in the field

What Stands Out About This Opportunity

Consistent, well‑managed pipeline of commercial work

Leadership that trusts their Superintendents to do their job

A team that values execution and follow‑through

Competitive compensation, vehicle or allowance, bonus, and full benefits

If you’re the kind of Superintendent who takes pride in how a job is run—not just how it looks at the end—this is a strong opportunity to step into.
