We’re now hiring an Acquisition Broker in Pierce County! This commission-based role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn real estate investing and sales. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship to identify investment opportunities, analyze deals, and support transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate is coachable, organized, and driven, with a talent for connecting with people and following up on leads. Identify Investment Opportunities:

Source potential properties through the MLS, internal leads, and market research focused on flip and cash investment deals. Build and Manage Relationships:

Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities. Close Deals:

Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions. Collaborate with the Team:

Work with investors and contractors to support remodel project bids. Analyze Profitability:

Learn to evaluate property values, renovation costs, and potential returns using financial models and market knowledge. CRM & Organization:

Track investor leads, property details, and deal progress in Salesforce. Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to build a long-term career in real estate investing. Qualifications

Real estate license in the State of Washington (required). Sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required (local travel necessary). Compensation

Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential Estimated annual earnings: $100,000+ based on performance and progression
