We are seeking a highly motivated
Acquisition Broker
to identify, evaluate, and close profitable real estate deals. This commission-based role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities, working closely with investors, and managing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to build relationships with investors and partners. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of managing a high volume of transactions and projects independently. As a client-facing role, you should be able to generate leads, follow up effectively, and successfully close deals, all while staying organized and focused on investor goals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify Investment Opportunities:
Source potential properties through the MLS and market research, focusing on flip and cash investment deals. Build and Manage Relationships:
Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities. Close Deals:
Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions. Collaborate with the Team:
Work with investors and contractors to support remodel project bids. Analyze Profitability:
Learn to evaluate property values, renovation costs, and potential returns using financial models and market knowledge. CRM & Organization:
Track investor leads, property details, and deal progress in Salesforce. Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to build a long-term career in real estate investing. Qualifications:
Real estate license in the State of Washington (required). Experience in real estate acquisitions or sales. Strong analytical and sales skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Must have up-to-date transportation, a driver’s license, and insurance as travel is required. Compensation:
Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
