Role Description This is a full‑time, remote role for a Relocation Real Estate Specialist with headquarters based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities include assisting clients with real‑estate‑related aspects of relocation by providing expert guidance, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The specialist will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop relocation strategies, engage in real‑estate market analysis, and support sales objectives through quality customer service and communication.
Qualifications
Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including buying, selling, and managing properties
Proven skills in Customer Service and understanding client needs with a professional and empathetic approach
Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales, with a track record of achieving goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to analyze real‑estate markets and provide strategic relocation solutions
Licensure as a real estate agent or broker is preferred, or ability to obtain licensure within a defined time frame
Familiarity with relocation industry practices and trends is a plus
