Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent for a 6‑month flooring project located in Kings Bay, GA. The role involves overseeing the successful execution of construction activities, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
Manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain project schedules and budgets.
Implement quality control measures.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction supervision.
Subcontractor management expertise.
Strong knowledge of safety practices, including OSHA 30 and EM 385 certifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Federal construction experience is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
The position requires working on‑site at Kings Bay, GA for the duration of the project. The work environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety standards. This role demands collaboration with a diverse team to ensure project success.

Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26–$43.26 per hour.
