Job Description As part of EPBCS team, you will:

Will be responsible for design & development of Hyperion Planning and Essbase and/or PBCS, EPBCS and/or PCMCS applications

Will gather requirements, plan delivery and assess risks and responsible for support activities on EPM modules

Will focus on technical delivery and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables

Will identify and elevate issues associated with deliverables in a timely manner

Will be able to work on support issues and close ME on time

Coordinates with business and vendor (Oracle) on priority

Has good exposure on change management, problem management and incident management tools and can work adhering to SLA/SLOs

Leads team and ensures coordination with offshore and business teams

Will be expected to understand issues raised by leads/onsite teams and assess their impact on work

Will work independently with technical/functional direction from leads

Should have excellent English communication as this is a client‑facing lead role

Skills and Requirements

6-10 years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning & Essbase and/or Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPBCS solutions

Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle PCMCS

Strong understanding of ASO/BSO cube development

Strong knowledge of aggregated storage and MDX calculations

Proficiency in creation/customization of Business Rules in PBCS/EPBCS and/or Allocation Rules in PCMCS

Ability to create complex reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio/Web Studio

Understanding the integration requirements and ability to build FDMEE/Data Management components

Conduct cost‑benefit analysis to make proposals related to design, development, and delivery

Experience with designing and creating security as well as provisioning users in Shared Services

Should be involved in the prototyping, planning for enhancements and performance tuning of Hyperion Planning and Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS applications

Knowledge in EPM Automate, Batch/Shell scripts & Groovy scripting

Knowledge on data management (data and metadata) associated to EPBCS or PBCS

Knowledge of reporting tool (such as Financial Reporting Studio, EPRCS or any third‑party reporting tools)
