Role Description Steed Construction, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent for an on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating schedules, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Strong Construction Site Management and Construction Safety knowledge, with a proven ability to lead teams and maintain safety protocols.
Excellent Organization Skills and Budgeting expertise to manage resources efficiently and adhere to approved financial plans.
Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and achieve project milestones successfully.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in construction supervision.
