Hiring: Construction Superintendent (Salt Lake City, UT)
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered
safely, on time, and within budget , while maintaining high-quality execution across all phases of construction.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
Enforce safety standards and compliance on-site
Manage project schedules, milestones, and workflow sequencing
Ensure quality control across all construction phases
Communicate with stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution
Strong background in commercial construction supervision
Proven site management and safety leadership experience
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with commercial / design-build projects preferred
