We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
with a strong background in
tilt-wall construction
to oversee ground‑up commercial and industrial projects in the Tampa area. This role is responsible for managing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction from sitework through project completion
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Manage tilt‑wall panel scheduling, erection, and sequencing
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Maintain and update construction schedules (look‑ahead schedules, daily logs)
Conduct regular site meetings with project team and stakeholders
Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project
Partner with Project Managers to maintain budget and timeline goals
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience with
tilt‑wall / tilt‑up construction projects
Experience with ground‑up commercial or industrial builds (warehouse, distribution, retail, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
