Overview The Field Service Representative (FSR) Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for managing on-site FSR teams, ensuring efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards. This role drives operational excellence and profitability by coordinating daily schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and providing technical leadership on complex projects. The FSR Supervisor directly mentors and develops field personnel to foster continuous skill growth and team efficiency.

Director of Operations for the Strategic Division

Responsibilities

Performance Accountability:

Maintain full accountability for the FSR team's performance, ensuring both efficiency and productivity standards are met.

Mentorship & Training:

Supervise, train, and mentor FSRs. Provide continuous technical support, conduct performance evaluations, and initiate disciplinary actions if necessary.

Expectation Setting:

Provide proactive, clear, and consistent communication to align the team with corporate performance expectations. Actively seek and incorporate feedback while maintaining professionalism in all transactions.

Resource Optimization:

Collaborate in the coordination of scheduling, resource allocation, and work prioritization to optimize operational efficiency and meet project objectives.

Hands-on Execution:

Coordinate and actively participate in on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs to meet company standards and customer expectations.

Layout Integrity & Problem Solving:

Identify, assess, and resolve any complex issues that may hinder the proper installation of products on active sites.

Showroom Support:

Work with the Reico Installation Services team to schedule FSR assistance in remodeling Reico showrooms.
