Position Description Seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors to meet project deadlines. Maintain detailed daily logs, resolve on-site issues promptly, and enforce OSHA and safety policies. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a construction superintendent, foreman, or similar leadership role in residential, commercial, or industrial construction
Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, blueprints, and building codes/regulations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with project stakeholders
Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
