
Construction Superintendent

We’re hiring an on‑site Superintendent to lead field operations for ground‑up and renovation work across light industrial, commercial, municipal, and education projects.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

What You'll Do
Plan and run the daily work: look‑ahead schedules, sequencing, and constraint removal
Lead site safety culture (JHAs, orientations, toolbox talks, inspections, enforcement)
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics (laydown, temp utilities, traffic, weather plans)
Drive quality control: pre‑install meetings, mock‑ups, inspections, first‑work checks, and deficiency tracking
Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and as‑builts; elevate issues with options and impacts
Partner with the PM team on cost/schedule updates, RFIs/submittals, and changes
Manage inspections and closeout (commissioning, O&M, training, punch, demobilization)
What We’re Looking For
7–15+ years leading commercial/industrial projects as a Superintendent (ground‑up and complex renovations)
Track record delivering on schedule with clean safety and quality results
Strong plan reading, layout oversight, MEP/FP coordination, and finish standards
Scheduling experience (Microsoft Project or P6); Procore/Bluebeam fluency preferred
OSHA‑30 (or ability to obtain promptly); PEMB experience a plus
Collaborative leadership style with crisp, proactive communication
