Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Run commercial conduit (¾” pipe), including offsets and 3-point saddles
Pull low‑voltage wiring and install wire housings and ductwork
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low‑voltage electrical systems
Perform work related to motor controls, figure transformers, fire alarm systems, and access control systems
Support building automation and controls systems, working from a controls standpoint
Install school plugs and support electrical needs in educational environments
Assist with projects in stadiums, airports, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and commercial office spaces
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Coordinate closely with BAS technicians and controls teams
Perform light carpentry as needed to support installations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and airport/TSA requirements
This role is strictly low‑voltage — no high-voltage work required.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of commercial electrician experience
Hands‑on experience running conduit and pulling wire
Solid low‑voltage background (controls, BAS, fire alarm, access controls)
Ability to pass TSCA/TSA clearance for airport access Bilingual
