Label Specialist/Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do
Process customer purchase orders for labels and ribbons with accuracy and efficiency Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide support and product guidance Create and edit label designs using graphic design software (layouts, formatting, adjustments) Ensure label accuracy, readability, and compliance with customer specifications Support internal label production and business needs Perform general office tasks such as filing, mailing, and correspondence Maintain a strong customer-first approach in all interactions Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed What We’re Looking For
Graphic design experience required (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Why Join Us?
