Onsetto helps banks win commercial accounts—without integrations and with fast implementation timelines. We partner closely with financial institutions to drive growth, and we’re looking for someone who can help scale our marketing and partner engagement efforts as we continue to expand.

About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑obsessed Marketing & Partnerships Manager with experience in banking, fintech, or financial services and a strong background in event planning and execution.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. You’ll work directly with leadership and play a key role in coordinating conferences, supporting bank partners, creating marketing materials, and ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly day‑to‑day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering polished, high‑quality work.

What You’ll Do Events & Conferences

Plan and manage Onsetto’s participation in banking conferences and association events

Own all event logistics (registration, booth setup, materials, timelines, travel, follow‑ups)

Track, manage, and report on event budgets, ensuring spend aligns with priorities and ROI

Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution

Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues before they arise

Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future events

Ensure Onsetto shows up polished, prepared, and professional at every event

Bank & Partner Engagement

Support bank partners

Prepare high‑quality materials for partner conversations (presentations, one‑pagers, follow‑ups)

Track action items and ensure timely follow‑up with partners

Serve as a reliable and detail‑oriented point of contact for ongoing marketing needs

Marketing Content & Materials

Build and maintain marketing kits for bank partners

Create, edit, and update collateral (presentations, one‑pagers, templates, etc.)

Design materials in Canva or similar tools with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with Onsetto’s positioning

LinkedIn & Content Support

Draft and schedule LinkedIn content

Support storytelling around customer wins, events, and product updates

Maintain a consistent, professional, and high‑quality brand presence

Marketing Operations & Execution

Keep projects organized and on track across multiple initiatives

Track marketing spend across events and initiatives and maintain clear budget visibility

Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy

Identify gaps, flag risks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Act as a “right hand” to leadership, ensuring execution is smooth and reliable

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or program management

Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services (strongly preferred)

Proven experience planning and executing events or conferences

Experience managing budgets for events or marketing initiatives

Extremely detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment

Experience with:

Event logistics and coordination

Nice to Have

Experience working directly with banks or financial institutions

Familiarity with banking associations (ICBA, CBA, FBA, etc.)

Experience supporting partner or customer‑facing teams

Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing timelines
