A well-established architecture and interiors firm is seeking an Interior Designer – Healthcare Projects to support sophisticated healthcare projects through all phases of design and documentation. This role is ideal for a technically strong designer who thrives in collaborative environments, understands the rigor of healthcare design, and is ready to take ownership of project components with growing autonomy. Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to interior design efforts across all project phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

Translate design intent into well-coordinated interior solutions that align with architectural concepts, project goals, and healthcare standards.

Prepare high-quality construction documents, interior details, schedules, and technical drawings; accurately execute redlines and revisions.

Perform space planning, programming analysis, and area calculations to support functional, efficient, and code-compliant designs.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to support seamless project delivery and resolve design or technical issues.

Skills and Experience

Professional degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.

5+ years of interior design experience, including exposure to healthcare projects or similarly complex building types.

Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.

Demonstrated experience working across all phases of a project, from concept through construction documentation.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative, self-motivated work style.
