Job Description
Requirements gathering to successfully develop curriculums
Ability to deliver developed curriculums
Development of Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guides
Development of Instructional Videos
Ability to edit video into meaningful ‘Training on demand’ sessions
Collaboration with internal teams
Delivering content to an LMS system
Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website (WordPress)
Designing and Controlling library structure/contents
Collaborate with participating Agencies to support their Training Efforts in support of Forfeiture Systems Applications to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides
Skills and Requirements
Proficient understanding of Organizational Training
Proficient understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Past experience with IBM Rational Products preferred
The candidate hired will possess and demonstrate hands‑on experience with the following products or related competitor’s products:
Articulate Storyline 360 - OR Adobe captivate
Camtasia - screen recordings
OR Adobe Premier
WordPress
Photoshop/Illustrator
