Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Auto Body Estimator
Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
We pay our commissions weekly!

Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). PTO starts accruing on first day

Hours - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
Qualified Auto Body Estimators Will Possess The Following
A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
Excellent customer service/sales backgroundAbility to multitask, manage several jobs at once
Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude

You must have a valid California Driver's License, be able to pass a background check & drug screen prior to hire, and receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment.
