We are looking for a highly motivated Risk Management professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role provides a high level of exposure across various stakeholders and has the opportunity to support the Discover integration. Responsibilities
Act as the primary coordinator for identifying, tracking, and resolving risk issues and events tied to Discover migration and Rewards program integrations. Manage, implement, and deliver on a subset of the Discover rewards migration risk program deliverables, ensuring timelines and regulatory standards are met. Gather data and reporting; perform initial analysis or potentially evaluate data. Drive effective collaboration with business stakeholders and Risk Office partners. Explore and collaborate with business and risk office partners in root cause analysis for ineffective results. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Data Management or Data Processes At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management Experience At least 2 years of experience in Project Management At least 2 years of experience in Process Management Preferred Qualifications
2+ years Relationship Management experience 3+ years Data Management or Data Processes experience 3+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects in Risk 3+ years of Financial Services Risk Management experience PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM) Notes
