Job Summary:

Performs the duties of onboarding new business to Orgill. Activities to include execution of the conversion process for assigned accounts as well as organizes and manages the development and implementation of New Store projects.

Duties And Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages the conversion of key accounts as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions.

Manages third party labor to complete project conversions.

Organizes and directs the development and/or implementation of New Store projects as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions.

Collaborates and assists their peers on large-scale projects that mandate multiple Retail Development Managers for execution.

Assists in the sale of “Smart Start” vendor conversions.

Engage with the respective Business Development Manager, District Manager, and Sales Representatives to determine conversion opportunities.

Identify and sell if necessary Orgill’s retail service programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and in writing so others will understand.

Aptitude to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage one’s own time, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision.

Competence to work effectively while away from the office using a cell phone, laptop, tablet, and other electronic devices as required.

Minimum Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of 5 years of Retail Hardware and/or merchandising experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.

Must be willing to travel up to or more than 70% in addition to the Orgill Dealer Markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities None.
