The Senior Creative Strategist blends big, creative thinking with strategic, results-driven ideas to develop best-in-class partnership proposals. This role develops brand partnership proposals combining research, insight, creative storytelling, and design to drive revenue and client success. Reports into Sales and collaborates with the Brand Partnerships Sales and Creative Solutions teams to respond to briefs and deliver client objectives. Responsibilities
Create 360 proposals by synthesizing partner RFPs, conducting research, aligning audiences and analytics, identifying whitespace opportunities, and crafting strategic narratives and copy. Design visually compelling decks, using AI imagery tools, and provide clear rationale for all creative recommendations. Develop strategic concepts for content, social, and experiential campaigns; create a strategic throughline for both media-only and 360 ideas. Use data and insights to shape campaign ideas and overarching creative platforms. Collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions teams to refine and execute ideas; showcase Fever’s 360 ecosystem and activation opportunities across owned channels. Ensure proposals are realistic and aligned with Fever and Secret Media Network goals and tone of voice. Build capability decks, one-sheeters, and materials to support proactive pitching; create informative case studies highlighting key campaigns. Work independently while maintaining clear, consistent communication with sales leads and project stakeholders; present and articulate concepts in internal and client-facing meetings. Manage a high volume of proposals weekly, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines; prioritize workload to meet deadlines. About You
4+ years in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated campaign development. Strong design ability with Google Slides proficiency. Experience working with sales teams and responding to agency RFPs. Experience using AI or visual tools to enhance proposals. Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects. Self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Benefits & Perks
