Lead Superintendent , you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of site execution on complex multifamily projects. Lead day‑to‑day field operations on $25M-$30M, 70-80 unit multifamily builds Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety from start to finish Drive project milestones, quality control, and on‑time delivery Coordinate with Project Managers, design teams, and inspectors Maintain construction schedules using industry‑standard scheduling software Oversee site logistics, inspections, and documentation Act as the on‑site leader and culture carrier for the project team Profile

role, we are seeking: Proven experience delivering ground‑up multifamily projects as a Superintendent Background with a reputable local or regional general contractor Strong tenure and desire for long‑term project continuity Experience using scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar) Familiarity with Procore or comparable project management platforms Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams with confidence Construction‑related degree preferred, but flexible for the right field‑based background Job Offer

Base salary up to the mid‑$140,000s
