Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean (Requisition: 223918)
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment.
Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts.
Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems.
Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle; specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport with the customers serviced.
Provide customer service and relationship‑building which is crucial in this position.
Qualifications
Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑oriented environment to meet goals.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and other business and organizational needs.
