Business Unit Imagine a Product & Strategy lead focused on expanding our flagship AI product globally. This role is key to driving product definition, strategy and partnership for the international market.

What The Role Entails

Lead international strategy planning and market expansion: define product positioning, market entry strategies and a long‑term development roadmap in line with the company’s global growth objectives.

Manage the entire product lifecycle for the international version of our product: oversee planning, iteration, and optimisation, build an AI‑native workflow, and collaborate with R&D, design and engineering teams.

Stay ahead of AI technology frontiers and competitors to keep our product competitive, and promote the application of core AI capabilities (Agents, RAG, Knowledge Base Management) in international scenarios.

Act as a business core to coordinate resources across departments—strategy, marketing, R&D and others—to execute key projects in overseas markets, and build sustainable international partnerships.

Who We Look For

5+ years of relevant experience in internet, AI products or strategic analysis; experience at well‑known companies or in consulting is a plus.

Extensive experience in international markets with deep knowledge of user ecosystems, regulations and cultural nuances in at least one major overseas region (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia). Successful 0‑to‑1 market entry in AI or internet products is highly valued.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to pioneer in uncertain environments.

Passion for the AI industry and keen insight into cutting‑edge technologies such as LLMs, Agents and RAG.

Familiarity with key AI product development stacks (Prompt Engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, knowledge‑base management and vector retrieval).

Strong data analysis skills using analytical tools (SQL, Python, etc.) to inform business decisions.

Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen: diagnose industry trends, provide insights and formulate executable plans.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting at senior levels and driving cross‑functional teams toward goals.

Self‑motivation, resilience and a positive, action‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Location & Compensation Location: US – New York State, New York. Base salary range: $137,300 to $258,700 per year (actual pay may vary), with potential sign‑on bonus, relocation package, RSUs, healthcare, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, 401(k) participation, up to 25 days of vacation, 13 holidays, and 10 days of paid sick leave. Benefits are prorated for new hires.
