Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent, located in the Charlotte Metro area. The agent will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs, recommending tailored coverage solutions, and generating policy quotes. The role also involves maintaining a database of client information, building and nurturing customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance products and policies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Sales acumen, negotiation abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client accounts
Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (required)
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Experience with insurance quoting and policy underwriting (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
