Job Overview

Major Responsibilities
Maintain organization with excellent time‑management skills.
Project a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers.
Present company products and services to clients.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Respond to calls, emails, and faxes to address customer needs.
Create efficient work schedules and manage service cycles for customer base.
Transport and store 50‑lb bags of bedding and seed along with 4–5 27‑gallon totes of supplies.
Operate in a fast‑moving, physical environment requiring heavy lifting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience in fish or bird keeping preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Adaptability to changing priorities based on business needs.
Strong work ethic with punctuality and dependable attendance.
Team‑oriented communication and collaboration.
Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions, and read/write in English.
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Flexible with schedule and job responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned service area.
Capacity for heavy lifting and maneuvering.
High school education preferred.
