client-facing leadership role
responsible for turning AI into real operational impact. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements—from initial discovery through delivery and expansion Work directly with founders and executives to diagnose business challenges and identify high-impact AI opportunities Translate operational pain points into scoped AI solutions and structured engagements Identify where AI-driven automation can unlock value across workflows (recruiting, finance, customer operations, document processing, etc.) Own client relationships throughout the full lifecycle—strategy, execution, product updates, and renewal Oversee delivery pods to ensure projects stay on track, high-quality, and aligned with business outcomes Drive adoption across client organizations so solutions deliver measurable results. Qualifications
AI Fluency (Non-Technical, but Credible):
You don’t need to code, but you understand how AI systems work, what they can and can’t do, and can confidently scope solutions and collaborate with engineers. Consultative Selling:
You can run discovery, uncover real business problems, and translate them into high-value engagements. Client Ownership:
You are comfortable owning relationships end-to-end in a highly client-facing role from first call through delivery and renewal. Lead and own an industry-specific pod aligned to your experience—driving strategy, execution, and outcomes end-to-end within that vertical Business Process Diagnosis:
You can quickly assess how a company operates and identify where AI-powered automation will create the most leverage. Ability to distill complex business challenges into structured AI solutions with quantifiable impact Scoping & Pricing:
You can structure milestone-based engagements and retainers that are both profitable and defensible. Delivery Oversight:
You can manage outcomes without micromanaging execution—spotting risks early and keeping projects on track. Change Management:
You understand that implementation is only part of the work—you ensure teams actually adopt and use what is built. Cross-Functional Communication:
You bridge the gap between executive stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business goals into technical direction. Someone who turns ambiguous client needs into actionable technical direction and translating technical complexity into clear, client-ready communication Communication & Organization:
