As a Product Coordinator, you’ll serve as an advocate for our members and see the products you create come to life in stores and online.

What You’ll Do

Manage item setup, ongoing maintenance, location management, and costing updates to ensure system integrity.

Generate and analyze reports using Excel and Retail Link to support business decisions.

Collaborate with Merchants and Replenishment teams to resolve data discrepancies and navigate & update data across numerous internal systems simultaneously.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in managing large datasets.

Experience working with Retail Link or similar retail data management systems.

High attention to detail regarding data entry, costing inputs, and item attributes.

Ability to coordinate complex information between multiple departments.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Option 2: Two years’ experience in merchandising, retail, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in merchandising, supply chain, or retail industry.

Knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, allocation, or purchasing.
