OPERATIONS ANALYST (FOREIGN DISCLOSURE).

Responsibilities

Administer programs in accordance with applicable regulations, statutes, policies, and procedures in response to command unique problems and conditions.

Present formal and informal presentations pertaining to operational information sharing issues.

Provide a broad range of guidance to staff managers and supervisors on reliability of information and optimal sharing strategy.

Advise senior leadership regarding need and feasibility of disclosure.

Maintain subject matter expertise on foreign disclosure policies pertaining to all categories of classified military information (CMI) and national intelligence.

Ensure that any release of information is in accordance with all appropriate disclosure policies, procedures, and COMPACFLT strategic goals.

Plan and coordinate information sharing activities, resolve conflicts, and interpret existing policy to make technical or operational decisions necessary to process all-source materials.

Manage the administrative aspects of the contact officer program, brief prospective contact officers on their responsibilities, and assist them in navigating administrative processes.

Qualifications

At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing, interpreting, planning, and drawing conclusions to resolve problems or improve a foreign disclosure operations program.

Experience in tasks such as determining the disclosure/release of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified Military Information (CMI), interpreting and implementing policies, directives, and procedures related to foreign disclosure, and monitoring and maintaining awareness of new or revised national policies.

Conditions of Employment

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Must participate in the Direct Deposit Pay program.

Travel to CONUS and OCONUS, remote or isolated sites, and extended periods on military and commercial aircraft may be required.

Must obtain and maintain a government‑issued Passport.
