Senior Manager, Commercial Funnel Management-Aspen Dental. The Funnel Management Lead will own performance management and insights for Aspen Dental’s customer acquisition funnel, ensuring a clear understanding of how the funnel is performing, what is driving results, and where to focus to unlock growth. Reporting into the VP of Funnel Management, this role will act as the single-threaded owner of Aspen’s marketing funnel performance narrative – working closely with media, website, CRM, call center teams to translate insights into clear priorities and support execution against the highest-impact opportunities. This role sits at the center of the Aspen funnel, connecting data, teams, and initiatives to ensure consistent visibility, alignment, and progress against growth goals. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end funnel visibility and performance management (media → consult/visit) for Aspen Dental, establishing a clear, accurate view of performance and key drivers Analyze funnel performance across media, website, call center, and CRM, identifying drivers of conversion, drop-offs, and variability Develop and maintain Aspen’s funnel reporting and dashboards, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights Identify and size highest-value opportunities across the funnel, supporting prioritization of initiatives and focus areas Translate insights into clear recommendations and actions, working with cross-functional teams to support execution Support day-to-day performance management, including preparation of weekly SteerCo materials and tracking progress against priorities Partner closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Call Center, and Ops teams to diagnose issues and improve funnel performance Track impact of initiatives and tests, ensuring learnings are captured, shared, and incorporated into future efforts Ensure consistency in KPI definitions, reporting, and measurement within the Aspen funnel Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, performance marketing, growth, or related roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive impact through others, supporting teams in executing against clear priorities Strong communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate performance insights and recommendations Annual Salary Range
$125K-$145K annually plus 15% bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
