Your Responsibilities
Perform inspections and provide quotes for interior and exterior properties.
Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships with businesses.
Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay current on industry trends.
Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
What We Expect From You
Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
Represent the brand as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Sales experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
What We Offer
Training salary of $3,000/month during training, with potential to earn commission thereafter.
