Job Description
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities
Support Product Lifecycle Management: Assist the Global Product Marketing team in overseeing the full lifecycle of product lines, including development, launch, maintenance, and rationalization strategies.
Support the execution of integrated product marketing plans that support annual marketing goals and objectives for the Automotive business and segment initiatives.
Analyze Business and Financial Data: Pull and interpret key business and financial reports to support strategic decision‑making and performance tracking.
Assist with Marketing Communication Management: Work closely with the Marketing Communications team on catalog updates, marketing collateral reviews, and the creation of marketing assets to support brand initiatives.
Engage with Cross‑Functional Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders across Segment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Technical Services, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
Qualifications – Required
Availability to work as close to 37.5 hours per week as possible during summer months.
Must be able to work 20‑25 hours per week (3+ days) during the school year with flexibility based around the school schedule.
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
Current college student at the junior, senior, or graduate school level.
Preferred
Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
Expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or anytime in 2027.
Other Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Analytical and metrics‑driven with a strategic mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage projects with multiple internal departments.
Travel Requirements 5% away from home or typical office location.
