This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to join the Capital One Brand Agency Relations team as a Senior Associate, responsible for sourcing and managing top creative agencies used by the Brand department and supported Lines of Business (LOBs), particularly legacy Discover LOBs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to develop and maintain great partnerships while managing performance, and a passion for building industry connections to uncover tools and insights for the benefit of Associates in the Brand department and LOBs. What you’ll do

Serve as relationship manager for teams across Brand Creative & Identity (BC&I) who support enterprise marketing needs (including legacy Discover LOBs) Build and grow relationships with internal teams and agency partners Provide agency sourcing solutions for new marketing intent and facilitate contracts in partnership with Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) teams Provide robust data analysis and reporting services in the areas of spend, utilization and overall return on investment with our managed agencies Collect and analyze performance feedback for managed agencies via quantitative and qualitative surveys and joint stakeholder discussions to frame up opportunities for development, facilitate corrective actions, resolve issues and conduct follow-up activities Strategically own and optimize agencies' utilization of cutting‑edge tools and platforms to establish best‑in‑class collaboration models, driving efficiency and innovation across internal Brand teams Partner with agencies and beacon brands to gather insights that drive business value to Capital One and advance Brand’s agendas Provide communication and reporting for accountable executives, Brand senior leadership, and key agency stakeholders Support creative requests from our Brand Pro Bono & Brand Immersion teams by partnering with existing agencies Develop solid understanding of the financial services competitive category, stay current with marketing trends and identify opportunity areas Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience At least two (2) years of experience in relationship management Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Creative, or Communications At least three (3) years of experience in relationship management at an agency or major brand Passion for marketing, creativity and brand building, and the growing creative agency landscape Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and negotiation Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on distilling key insights and opportunities Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive, results‑oriented approach to driving initiatives from concept to completion Salary and Compensation

Chicago, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Brand McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Associate, Brand New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Associate, Brand Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Brand This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan. Benefits
