show what they’re building, quickly and clearly, in ways people actually understand and pay attention to. We are looking for an
AI Content Producer
to help us create that output at speed. This is a role for someone who can
move fast, shoot fast, edit fast, and use AI to multiply their output. What You’ll Do
Create a steady stream of content that shows what’s happening inside Trossen: Shoot quick, high-quality videos of robots, demos, team moments, and behind-the-scenes activity Edit and publish short-form video for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms Mix
live footage with AI-generated content
(images, animations, overlays, voice, etc.) Turn raw ideas, demos, or conversations into compelling content quickly Create supporting media using AI tools: Decks and presentation visuals Graphics and diagrams Short animations and clips Comics, images, and visual storytelling assets Trade shows and events Internal milestones and experiments Work closely with the Content Lead and leadership to turn ideas into real output Continuously experiment with new tools, formats, and workflows to increase speed and quality What Success Looks Like

real, not overproduced We can capture something happening in the business and turn it into content the same day Our channels feel alive and reflective of what’s actually happening inside the company One person can produce output that would normally require a much larger team Who You Are
You like
making things , not just planning them You are comfortable being scrappy and figuring things out as you go You care about quality, but you don’t get stuck over-polishing You are deeply interested in
AI tools for content creation You enjoy experimenting with new formats and styles You are energized by fast-moving environments What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media Strong ability to shoot and edit video (phone or camera — both are fine) Experience creating short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Familiarity with modern AI tools for: Content repurposing Basic design instincts (composition, pacing, visual clarity) Ability to work quickly and handle multiple pieces of content at once Strong ownership and willingness to learn Especially Valuable
Experience running or contributing to a YouTube channel or social media account Experience blending
real footage with AI-generated media Familiarity with tools like: Runway, Pika, or similar video tools Midjourney / DALL·E / image generation CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar Interest in robotics, hardware, or AI Experience capturing content in real-world environments (not just desk editing)
