The Amazon Channel Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and out‑of‑the‑box thinker. Join a fast‑paced team that drives sales and marketing activities across one of the most influential e‑tail sites in the channel. Learn how to navigate Amazon’s maze of programs and tools to build best‑in‑class marketing exposure in a highly competitive environment. Candidates should be comfortable launching products, optimizing detail pages, running Amazon DSP and SEM advertising campaigns, measuring ROI from data metrics while collaborating with other functional teams to promote, expand, or create new product portfolios. You will succeed by creating marketing plans around targets, executing activities around a budget, looking for new opportunities both on and off Amazon, and competing with other brands for site traffic on Amazon.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain product listings including full set‑up and detail page maintenance
Proactively solve Amazon account listing issues
Strategize, review, and provide detailed feedback on graphics & copy to improve quality
Develop and execute marketing plans on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca
Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads / AMS campaigns against goals and KPIs
Collaborate with media account executive to develop DSP campaigns generating awareness for focal product lines
Support major seasonal events with on‑ and off‑site marketing initiatives
Manage MDF budgets and accrual programs
Develop a close working relationship and coordinate key channel objectives with multiple business orgs (e.g., Sales Managers, Business Marketing Leads, Product Marketing Owners, etc.)
Develop a close working relationship with brand partners
Manage daily operations (e.g., submitting claims, monitoring balance reports, capturing POP, submitting progress reports)
Report metrics, trends, and learnings to business stakeholders
Required
3–5 years of experience in a related role, ideally in the consumer products or retail industries
Experience in Amazon Vendor or Seller Central and Amazon product listings
Proficient creating, strategizing, and executing Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns
Familiarity with Amazon Live and Amazon brand store management
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Developing analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience
Experience with Pacvue and Stackline SaaS tools a plus
Interest in photography, graphic design, and/or gaming – nice to have

An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in those states. This range may be modified in the future.
You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk’s Short‑Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on company and individual performance. Depending on your role and performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk’s standard terms and conditions for restricted stock unit awards.
